Website access and logs
When the website is accessed, technical data such as IP address, time, URL, referrer, browser, operating system, transfer volume and status codes may be processed for delivery, security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Enquiries and uploads
When you use the enquiry form, we process company, contact person, email, phone, address, project address, requested services, project type, timeline, budget range, message, consent status and uploaded files. Purposes are enquiry handling, pre-contractual communication, quote preparation and documentation. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 6(1)(f) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Email, phone and business records
Communication data is processed to respond to requests and manage business relationships. Commercial and tax retention duties may require storage for six to ten years.
Chatbot and AI services
If the chat is used, messages, language setting, conversation ID and technical request data may be processed by an AI service provider. Do not enter confidential information, credentials, special categories of personal data or unnecessary project secrets. Transfers outside the EU/EEA are protected under Art. 44 ff. GDPR where applicable.
External fonts, icons and CDNs
The website may load Google Fonts and Font Awesome/cdnjs resources. Providers may receive IP address and technical access data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Local hosting should be preferred where possible.
